The City of Loveland’s Street Maintenance and Rehabilitation Program (SMRP) Map is an interactive resource for tracking pavement and concrete restoration work within the City of Loveland limits. To accomplish this, SMRP employs a network level, long-term strategy that enhances pavement performance by using an integrated, cost-effective set of practices that extend pavement life and improve safety.
