City of Loveland
Home MenuReport a Concern
The Loveland Public Works Department is dedicated to providing the community with the highest level of customer service.
Online reports will be filed with the appropriate Division within the Public Works Department. Be advised that this is a non-emergency report which may not be handled immediately.
Fill out the form to report potholes, uneven manholes, snow and ice issues or any street obstruction.
Our goal is to respond to citizen requests related to street defects in a timely manner. This includes time for us to assess the problem to determine the appropriate repair needs. Repair time may vary dependent upon the extent of the street defect. Not all street defects are potholes, some repairs may be more extensive, such as manhole repairs, and involve more repair time.
To ensure that we address the underlying cause in these cases, additional surveys and further investigative work is necessary prior to making any repairs. City specification on manholes requires them to be 1/4" to 1/2" below the paved surface to avoid issues with snow plows.
Fill out the form to report traffic issues, such as missing or damaged street signs, traffic signal outages and traffic calming needs.
Fill out the form to report minor flooding of streets and drainage ways.
While the Traffic Operations Division manages our street signs, if there is a street light outage in your area, this incident should be reported to the Water and Power Department.
Report an Illicit Discharge Concern
An illicit discharge typically refers to the unauthorized or improper release of pollutants into stormwater systems, rivers, lakes, or other bodies of water. Other than snow and stormwater runoff, other substances are not authorized or permitted to discharge into the stormwater system or water bodies.
