The Police Citizen Advisory Board was established by the City Council to act as a liaison between the community and the Loveland Police Department. The board serves in an advisory capacity to the Police Department concerning police policy, planning and procedures. "The mission of the Loveland Police Advisory Board is to foster a strong, transparent, and collaborative relationship between Loveland City Council, Loveland Police Department and the community it serves. The Board is committed to promoting trust, accountability, and mutual respect through open dialogue, community engagement, and the review of policies and practices. We aim to provide valuable feedback, encourage the development of best practices, and support efforts to enhance public safety and well-being for all residents of Loveland. By working together, we strive to ensure that law enforcement in our community is seeking justice while being kind and humble.”
Agendas, meeting minutes, and specific calendar dates are all available on the CivicWeb Portal, including access details to participate virtually.
