The Criminal Investigations Unit is comprised of three areas:

  • Sgt. Alex Hutchison
• Crimes against Property
  • Sgt. Patrick Musselman
• Special Investigations

Criminal Investigations is housed at Police Headquarters and can be reached at 970-962-2260.

If you have an investigative lead or tip, we have a "tip-line" to leave information at 970-962-2032. To relay information regarding drugs or other vice issues, please call 970-962-2678.
 
Loveland Police Department works in conjunction with other law enforcement agencies in the area, investigating narcotics and vice violations from an off-site facility. The Northern Colorado Drug Task Force can be reached at 970-416-2560.
