Parks & Recreation Master Plan 2023

The City of Loveland Parks, Recreation, Open Lands & Trails 2023 Master Plan Update was formally adopted by Loveland City Council on September 19, 2023. The 2023 Master Plan Update can be found here.

The Open Lands Plan focuses on the protection of a system of inter-connected natural areas, viewsheds, and agricultural lands, mostly within the City's Growth Management Area (GMA). The Big Thompson River Corridor remains at the core of the open lands system.
