Sell Your Old Stuff

The swap presents an opportunity for businesses and individuals to buy and sell new and used outdoor gear, clothes and equipment.  In addition to the ski items, other sports items are welcome including all water, camping, sports & outdoor equipment.

Businesses seeking to sell more than 30 items must call 970.962.2446 prior to Wednesday, October 21 to schedule a check-in time and receive an informational packet.

2025 Consignor Paperwork (2026 paperwork will be updated late summer)

Drop-Off Times - equipment can be dropped at the Chilson Recreation Center at the following times ONLY.   Due to the construction at Chilson please see the map for equipment drop entrances **2025 - Drop Off Location Map**

  • Thursday, November 12th 3:00P - 6:00P - NO OVERSIZED ITEMS like bikes, kayaks rooftop boxes
  • Friday, November 13th 9:00A - 2:00P

Percentages Earned - New this year! volunteer to help and earn a higher percentage.

  • Earn 75% no volunteer shift
  • Earn 80% with one 3-hour shift
  • Earn 85% with two 3-hour shifts

Close-Out Pricing  from 12P-1P on Sat., Nov. 14th, on specifically marked items.

Consignor Pick-Up & Donation of Unsold Goods -

  • Consignor Pick-up is from 1:30P - 3:00P on Saturday, November 14th.
  • ALL items marked for donation AND any items not picked up by 3:00PM on Sat., November 14th will be donated.

Selling Requirements

  • All ski equipment must meet safety standards and items that are too old or unsafe will not be accepted or be sold at the Swap.
  • All items must be clean.
  • Any items that are broken, torn or dirty will be pulled from the sales floor.
  • Older gear & straight skis are not allowed to be sold at the swap.
  • Any unsold items that are not picked up during before 3:00P will be donated, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • The Loveland Parks & Recreation Department is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during the sale, or for items that are not picked up after the event during scheduled pick-up times.
