Important Billing Update for City of Loveland Utility Customers.
The City of Loveland has changed the vendor that processes utility payments. Please update your records with our new utility bill mailing address, effective Monday, Nov. 3, 2025.

Access your Utilities Online!
You can access your utilities account through our customer portal at myaccount.lovgov.org. Utility Billing staff will be happy to help guide customers needing any help with this system.
In addition to paying bills online through the new customer portal, customers can always pay in person at the utility billing office, or drop their payments in the dropbox on the exterior south wall of the office.
Pulse billing is unchanged. Please continue to pay your Pulse bill online, bring it to the Utility Billing office, or drop it in the dropbox on the side of the building.
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Please note - We are closed 8-8:30 a.m. every Friday for staff meetings.

The Utility Billing Division sends utility bills to more than 40,000 accounts each month. We process connects and disconnects of City utility service, respond to billing questions, delinquency and collection-related issues, and process payments.

Trash, Recycling and Yard Debris Collection
The City provides curbside collection of Trash, Recycling and Yard Debris. The Recycle Cart is collected bi-weekly and is funded out of a monthly, universal City fee on the City of Loveland utility bill. Yard Debris is collected weekly, April–November, for an additional monthly fee. The Trash service is volume based and billed based on cart size. Learn more about these services.
