    The City of Loveland is working to launch a new online portal that enables residents, contractors, and developers manage permits online. To help fund the upgrade, development review and building permit fee increases go into effect June 1.

 2025  APPLICATION FEES

The Application Fee Worksheet is used to calculate the total submittal fees for the application(s).  The worksheet will be completed by the Planning office.  Fees are due prior to receiving the City's review comments.

Payments: The Current Planning Division now accepts credit card payments with submittals up to $2,500.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express at no extra fee.
