The City of Loveland is working to launch a new online portal called Accela, which should be ready for launch in mid-2026. Accela will empower residents, contractors, and developers to manage permits online instead of paying in person or over the phone and offer greater public transparency about development. To help fund the upgrade, development review and building permit fee increases went into effect June 1, 2025.
