The Pulliam Community Building was constructed during the Great Depression with Works Progress Administration support and the generosity of D.T. and Lillian Pulliam. Since opening its doors in 1939, it has served as Loveland's central gathering space for celebrations, culture, and civic life.
After decades of service, the Pulliam underwent a full renovation (24-25) to restore accessibility, safety, and modern amenities. Guided by the City of Loveland and the Pulliam Community Building Foundation, this landmark will once again welcome meetings, performances, community celebrations, and weddings.
The Pulliam has always been more than a building — it is the soul of community life in Loveland.

In partnership with the Pulliam Community Building Foundation, the City launched a major restoration effort in 2019. The project was completed in August 2025, ensuring this historic landmark continues to serve the community for generations to come.
