The Community Development Block Grant, or CDBG program, is a federal funding program in the United States designed to support community development activities that benefit low- and moderate-income individuals. The program is administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

In the City of Loveland, the 2026 Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) makes funding available for the purpose of construction and rehabilitation. The2026 Community Development Block Grant-Public Services provides services for low- to moderate- income that are managed through the Community Partnership Office.
