Items approved to be on the ballot for the November 5, 2024 Coordinated Election are listed with associated ordinance numbers:
- 1% Sales Tax Increase - Ordinance No. 6727 A
- City Council retail marijuana question and excise tax - Ordinance No. 6725 B
- TABOR renewal - Ordinance No. 6726
- City Charter amendment eliminating the majority votes needed for hiring/firing direct reports - Ordinance No. 6724
Additional Ballot Issues/Questions:
- Citizen marijuana petition - This item was withdrawn and will not be on the November 5 ballot
- Citizen petition for the recall of Ward I Councilor Troy Krenning - Councilor Krenning submitted a protest which changes the timeline set forth in recall election laws, and this question will not be on the Nov 5 ballot.
