LOVELAND, Colo. - On Wednesday, July 22, 2026, the Loveland Police Department arrested 27-year-old Iven Angelo Hernandez on an arrest warrant following an investigation into multiple allegations of sexual abuse involving a minor.
The investigation began in May after the Loveland Police Department received a report from a family member who suspected the victim had experienced sexual abuse by Hernandez. During the investigation, detectives learned the victim met Hernandez at a local gym around the age of 15 years old, with the sexual abuse occurring thereafter. Investigators also spoke and met with Hernandez several times during the investigation. Based on the evidence gathered, detectives developed probable cause to arrest Hernandez.
Hernandez was booked into the Larimer County Jail on the following charge(s):
- CRS 18-3-405 (1.5) Unlawful Sexual Contact – Coerce Child, (F4), 4 Counts
- CRS 18-3-402 (1)(e) Sexual Assault – 10 years Age Difference, (F6), 1 Count
- CRS 18-9-111(1)(c) Harassment – Follows in Public Place, (M1), 2 Counts
- CRS 18-6-801 Domestic Violence, Sentence Enhancer
A booking photo may be obtained through the Records Division of the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office. Magistrate Siegal set bond at $10,000 cash surety with enhanced pretrial supervision to include GPS monitoring.
