Beginning June 1, 2026, a 2.85% service fee will be added to all debit and credit card payments made through Paymentus, the City of Loveland Utility Billing’s third‑party payment processor. This fee is assessed and collected solely by Paymentus to cover their card processing costs and is not charged or retained by the City of Loveland Utility Billing.

If you prefer to pay your utility bill without any service fees, we suggest two no-fee options:

• AutoPay using a checking or savings account
• One-time payments using an e-check

To set up AutoPay:

• Log in at myaccount.lovgov.org.
• Haven't registered yet? Register using your utility account number and ZIP code.
• After registering, click the Bills & Payment tab in the left menu, then select AutoPay at the top of the page to enter your payment details.

To make a one-time e-check payment:

• Go to myaccount.lovgov.org and select Quick Pay.
• Enter your utility account number and continue.
• On the next page, enter your name, email and payment amount.
• Choose the E-check/Bank Account option, click continue and enter your payment details.
