City of Loveland’s Memorial Day closures and schedule changes announced

The City of Loveland has announced municipal facility and service closures for Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.  

Service and facility impacts include:  

  •  All City administrative offices will be closed.  
  • Utility Billing offices will be closed, but utility payments can be dropped off or made online. For payment options, visit lovgov.org/UtilityBilling 
  • Loveland Pulse customers can contact 970-744-4226 for technical support or log in to their account for bill pay and service requests. 
  • The Recycling Center is typically closed on Mondays.  
  • Trash & recycling collection will be delayed by one day the entire week. 
  • City of Loveland Transit (COLT) buses will not be in service.  
  • Chilson Recreation and Senior Center, the Loveland Museum and Downtown Visitor Center, Loveland Public Library, and Rialto Theater will be closed.

Loveland police and fire services remain available 24/7. 

Additionally, Winona Outdoor Pool, 1615 Fourth St. SE, opens for the season. The pool, which will be open on Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for open swim, features a 110-foot water slide, diving board, aquatic climbing wall, concession stand, and more. For details, visit lovgov.org/swimming.
