Families and community members can enjoy hands-on activities from City departments, learn about this year’s events, and discover fun ways to stay engaged all summer. Sign up for the Summer Learning Program, pick up youth registration prizes, and track daily reading from May 22 to July 31. Kids earn prizes for days read, and adults can win prizes too. Reading to your kids counts for both of you!
This year’s theme, Unearth a Story, encourages readers of all ages to dig into books, creativity, and imagination. Come help us launch another exciting season of reading, exploration, and community learning as we kick off the 2026 Summer Learning Program.
