The City of Loveland has certified the results of the 2025 Coordinated Election. The following elected officials will be sworn into office during the Regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025:
- Patrick McFall – Mayor
- Geoff Frahm – Ward 1
- Sarah Rothberg – Ward 2
- Caitlyn Wyrick – Ward 3 (4-year term, expires 2029)
- Kalina Middleton – Ward 3 (2-year term, expires 2027)
- Zeke Cortez – Ward 4
This year, Ward 3 voters selected two council representatives instead of one. This adjustment was made to fill both a full four-year term and the remaining two years of a previously vacated term.
Newly elected council members will join existing council members whose terms continue through 2027:
- Jen Swanty – Ward 1
- Andrea Samson – Ward 2
- Laura Light-Kovacs – Ward 4
The City of Loveland holds a Coordinated Election every two years on the first Tuesday in November. The mayoral position is elected for a two-year term, while council members representing the city’s four wards serve staggered four-year terms.
“Congratulations to our newly elected council members and thank you to those concluding their time on City Council whose service has made a lasting impact on our community,” said City Clerk Ashley Macdonald.
