The City of Loveland has changed the vendor that processes billing payments for Utilities, Sales Tax and Pulse customers.
Utility Billing Payment Changes
The mailing address for utility bill payments is changing, effective Monday, Nov. 3, 2025. Utility bill customers should update their records with the new address:

With this change, we do not anticipate any significant delays in processing payments that are sent on time.

Sales Tax Customer Payment Changes
Payment information for City of Loveland Sales Tax Customers is changing, effective Friday, Oct. 31, 2025.
There is a new sales tax remittance address for tax returns, sales tax payments, special event forms, and renewals. However, the remittance address is unchanged for PIF, Centerra RSF, and Promenade RSF.
For those who remit a paper return, update the remittance PO Box in your accounts payable systems with the new address:

For customers who remit online through Citizen Access, all online filers must notify their bank of the new Originator ID number, sometimes called customer number or client ID, by Friday, Oct. 31, 2025. The new number is 1846000609.
Sales tax filings are based on the postmark date to determine if they are submitted on time. If there’s a delay in receiving the payment, the taxpayer may receive a failure to file notice; however, no late fees will be assessed.
