Registration open for next community conversation on homelessness

Post Date:10/23/2025 12:25 p.m.

The City of Loveland is hosting a series of community conversations about homelessness that are designed to hear people’s aspirations and concerns and to find common ground among diverse groups. This conversation is not designed to find an immediate solution for winter shelter.

The next session is a continuation of gathering residents’ perspectives.  It will be held Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 6 p.m. at the Chilson Senior Center’s Cherry Room, 700 E. 4th St.

Space is limited, so registration is required before 5 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 30.

After registration, participants will be selected using an automated random number generator. If you are selected, you will receive an email or phone call asking you to confirm your availability to participate. If someone not able to participate, additional participants will be selected using the same random process from the remaining registrants.

Future meetings will be considered based on community interest.

To ensure meaningful engagement, the Harwood model for conversations is used to moderate these events. This approach is grounded in intentionality and relies on small groups, ensuring productive dialogue that allows all attendees an opportunity to actively participate and be heard.

To express your interest in participating, please complete this short form.
