Loveland, CO - On Thursday, March 13th, 2025, the Loveland Police Department arrested 24-year-old Cooper Jo Frederick, a Fort Collins resident. The arrest was based on probable cause obtained through a continued investigation concerning repeated criminal acts at the Loveland Tesla, located at 1606 N. Lincoln Avenue.
