The Library has brought 3D printing to Loveland since 2014 – now it’s time we celebrate the dedicated machines behind the creative magic! Meet and greet our entire 3D printer family, featuring Lulzbot models of every generation.
During the first half of the celebrations, participants will learn about how 3D printers work, about 3D printing at the library, and the basics of the kid-friendly design software, Tinkercad. After the hands-on class portion, participants will celebrate with a birthday cake, snacks, games, and prizes.
Ages 6-12. Registration required – limited capacity. Registration opens Friday, 5/29. Parents may attend but must register. 96 hours prior to the event, participants will receive an email with instructions about creating an online Tinkercad account to use during class.
