This fall, the City of Loveland’s Street Maintenance and Rehabilitation Program will begin reconstruction of the roundabout at the intersection of 1st Street and Crestone Drive (CR21).
To complete this work, the intersection will be fully closed to traffic for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. The project will include installation of new concrete and asphalt, drainage improvements, and enhanced signage and visibility features.
Detours will be in place throughout the duration of construction to help guide commuters around the work zone safely and efficiently. A preliminary layout, description of changes, and traffic information will be available for discussion at the meeting. No formal presentation will be provided; however, City staff will be available for questions.
If you have questions about the project or the open house event, please contact Illianna Milldrum, Communications and Engagement Specialist/PIO, at Illianna.Milldrum@cityofloveland.org or 970-962-2608.
