This summer, the City of Loveland's Public Works and Utilities Departments will begin water, stormwater and intersection improvements for the Madison Avenue Corridor Improvement Project. Throughout this six-month project, Madison Avenue from East 29th Street to East 37th Street will be closed to conduct these improvements.

Join us for an open house to learn more about the project's timeline, detour routes, infrastructure improvements and traffic impacts coming to the area. A preliminary layout of the improvements will be available for discussion at the meeting. No formal presentation will be provided; however, project renderings and City staff will be available for questions.
