Schedule an appointment with a housing attorney from the Colorado Poverty Law Project or drop in to meet with a Larimer County Judicial District's Self-Represented Litigant Coordinator (Sherlock).
The Colorado Poverty Law Project allows tenants and mobile home owners to get legal questions answered for free. Register to request a 30 minute one-on-one consultation.
· Drop-in appointments will be accepted depending on availability.
· Open to all Larimer County residents.
· By participating, a lawyer will provide brief legal advice regarding your housing situation, legal information and guidance about where you can find more help.
Meetings will not constitute an attorney-client relationship, and all participants will be required to sign a waiver. Spanish-speaking interpreters available upon request.
The Self-Represented Litigant Coordinator can help people navigate the court system and direct people to appropriate forms. They cannot provide advocacy or advice.
